Thank you for shopping with Vastraa. We are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time across India.

  1. Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
• Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays and public holidays.
• During sales, festivals, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

  1. Shipping & Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• Metro Cities: 3–7 Business Days
• Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 Business Days
• Remote Areas: 7–12 Business Days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  1. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
• Free shipping may be offered on selected products, orders, or promotional campaigns.

  1. Cash on Delivery (COD)

To reduce fraudulent and fake orders, Vastraa may require a ₹99 confirmation advance payment for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

• The ₹99 advance amount is adjusted against the total order value.
• The remaining balance is payable at the time of delivery.
• COD service is available only on eligible products and serviceable pin codes.
• Vastraa reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations, products, or customers.

  1. Prepaid Orders Discount

Customers who choose prepaid payment methods may receive special discounts, promotional offers, or exclusive pricing as displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

  1. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Customers can track their orders using the provided tracking information.

  1. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address is provided, delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful. Any additional shipping or re-shipping charges may be borne by the customer.

  1. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

• Customer unavailability
• Incorrect address
• Refusal to accept the order
• Failure to respond to courier communications

the shipment may be returned to Vastraa.

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

  1. COD Advance Payment & Order Refusal

The ₹99 COD confirmation advance is collected to verify genuine orders and reduce fraudulent purchases.

The ₹99 advance amount will not be refunded if:

• The order is cancelled after dispatch.
• The customer refuses delivery.
• The customer provides an incorrect address.
• The shipment is returned due to customer unavailability.

However, if the order is cancelled before dispatch or if a return/refund is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product received from our side, the refundable amount will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your package upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing vastraa143@gmail.com along with clear photos and an unboxing video (if available).

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

  1. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control.

Vastraa shall not be held responsible for courier-related delays once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
