RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Vastraa, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions mentioned below.

Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
• A valid proof of purchase or order number must be provided.
• The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof. We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution, including replacement or refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products purchased during clearance or final sale.
• Gift cards and promotional items.
• Customized or personalized products.
• Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

• Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or another agreed payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Charges

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received from our side.
